Orders are processed & packaged carefully by hand, please allow 2-3 days for dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched you will recieve email confirmation. All packages are delivered by Royal Mail, please allow 3-7 days for your item to be delivered from the date of dispatch. Standard delivery charge is £2.99
We offer a FREE delivery on all UK orders over £50 and a FREE local delivery service, if you live within a 6km radius of Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. If you qualify for Local Delivery, we will hand deliver your package within 1-2 days of your order being placed.

Please fill out the form below notifying us to expect your return. We will then email you a returns label to use.
When you have received your returns label, please package your items in their original packaging and post them to us at your local post office.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Items returned to us in their original condition
(unless specified as faulty) will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
